Expand Your School’s Library: Apply for an NEA Grant

Opportunity at a Glance: The National Education Association’s Read Across America program will make approximately one hundred $1,000 grants to public schools serving economically disadvantaged students to purchase diverse books for public school libraries. NEA makes these awards in collaboration with the NEA Foundation.

The 2017 NEA’s Read Across America Library Grants are made possible by a contribution by The Weinstein Company and Walden Media in connection to their film The Giver, based on the popular young adult novel by Lois Lowry.

Application deadline: Monday, November 28.
