Participate in the Brooklyn LGBTQ Youth Summit in November

Open to: All Teachers.

Opportunity at a Glance:  Hetrick-Martin Institute (HMI), the nation’s oldest and largest non-profit serving LGBTQ youth and their families, is overseeing a citywide mental health initiative called “HMI GOES CITYWIDE,” designed to decrease LGBTQ youth isolation by connecting young people to appropriately and thoughtfully designed community services.  Teachers can attend workshops specifically for adults working with LGBTQ young people.

Key dates: Saturday, November 19, 2016, 10:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
