Foster Creative Expression in Your Classroom with a $500 Grant

Open to: All teachers.

Opportunity at a Glance: Apply for an Ezra Jack Keats Foundation  mini grant of up to $500 to implement a creative and innovative program. These programs can take place inside the classroom or out in the community, and they bridge disciplines and grade levels from preschool to 12th. A mini-grant can allow you to paint a mural, create a story walk, host a theater production or create a newspaper or magazine. These are just some of the ideas educators have funded through small grants awarded each year.

Registration deadline: Friday, March 31, 11:59 p.m.

Key dates:  Grants should be used beginning in mid May (when mini-Grant checks are mailed) through June 2018.

Take action: Apply online.
