Summer Opportunity: Explain the Evolution of Common Ancestry through Evidence

Open to: Grade 6-12 teachers.

Opportunity at a Glance: This two-day workshop uses Museum exhibitions and digital resources to focus on the evidence for common ancestry of living things. Working with Museum educators, you will use fossil and molecular data to explore similarities and differences in organisms and use phylogenetic trees to explain these patterns. This workshop is offered at no cost to participants and includes breakfast, lunch and relevant resources.
