Opportunity at a Glance: According to a study done by the Stanford History Education Group in 2015-16, middle, high school, and even college students are “easily duped” and struggle with determining the credibility of information on the Internet. This Media Literacy Toolkit shares resources designed to inspire students to think critically about the complex messages we receive constantly, through various media. Included find articles, videos, protocols and hands-on activities that offer students the opportunity to analyze and discuss news and “news-y” messages.
