Opportunity at a Glance: Participants will learn the essential elements of effective intervention and explore various models for maximizing staff resources, choosing effective programs, and supporting classroom teachers in using programs with fidelity. This seminar will explore exactly what the research says about literacy intervention in K-5 and how to apply this knowledge when designing a school-wide intervention system, including Tier 2 focused support. The workshop will be presented by Kevin Feldman, Director of Reading and Early Intervention with the Sonoma County Office of Education. This session provides CTLE credit.
