Participate in a Workshop on Dynamic Indicators of Basic Early Literacy Skills

Open to: K-6 grade teachers.

Opportunity at a Glance: The DIBELS (Dynamic Indicators of Basic Early Literacy Skills) assessment is designed to identify children experiencing difficulty in the acquisition of basic literacy skills and to help plan intervention to prevent the occurrence of later reading difficulties. This workshop will provide in-depth information on how to administer this powerful assessment tool and to interpret its results. The workshop presenter will be JoAnn Lense. This workshop is eligible for CTLE credit.

Workshop date: Friday, February 9, 9:00 a.m – 3:00 p.m.

Location: Barnes and Noble, 150 East 86th Street, Manhattan.

Registration Deadline: Wednesday, February 7.
