Building Library Collections and Programs for our Youngest Users – Early Literacy Workshop

Open to: All teachers, early childhood teachers.

Opportunity at a Glance: Understand the importance of early literacy; obtain collection recommendations for babies through pre-kindergarten and learn how the school library program can partner with the local public library to support child development. Eligible for 5 hours of CTLE Credit in Content.

Key Date: Tuesday, October 30, 9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.

Registration Deadline: Thursday, October 25.

Location: New York Public Library – Stephen A Schwarzman Building 476 Fifth Avenue (Classrooms A and B) New York, New York 10018.
