Workshop — Blending the Arts: Visual Art, Music, and Poetry

Open to: All teachers.

Opportunity at a Glance: Join us for a workshop that explores how music and poetry inspire artists. Discover the relationship between visual art, music, and language. View works of art in the exhibition Leonard Cohen: A Crack in Everything along with works in the Jewish Museum’s collection. Following the tour, educators will participate in art making activities that integrate the arts. CTLE is available for this workshop. $12 (includes light breakfast). Note that there are a limited number of tickets available for teachers of self-contained special education classes and special education teachers in ICT classrooms to attend free of charge by calling 212-423-3270.
