Opportunity at a Glance: The NASA Climate Change Research Initiative (CCRI) is a yearlong STEM engagement opportunity for STEM educators to work directly with NASA scientists, lead research teams and develop STEM curriculum for their current classes at the NASA Goddard Institute for Space Studies (GISS). Teachers accepted to participate will receive a stipend of $7,650.
Key dates: Fall:
- Fall: October 7 – December 13 — (5 hours per week for 10 weeks)
- Spring: February 3 – April 10 — (5 hours per week for 10 weeks)
- Summer: July 6 – August 14 — (40 hours per week for 6 weeks)
