Opportunity at a Glance: Explore the lives of women in pre-modern and contemporary China through Confucianism, foot-binding, and livelihood with Barnard College historian Dorothy Ko. We’ll see some of our most cherished values—such as freedom, progress, happiness, and justice—in a new light. CTLE -credit is available. Cost: $250, but please apply even if you are concerned you or your school can’t afford tuition. Scholarships are available.
