Explore the Museum’s Holocaust Curriculum with Education Staff

Open to: Active classroom teachers of Social Studies and ELA. 

Opportunity at a Glance: Explore the Museum of Jewish Heritage Holocaust Curriculum with the Museum’s Education staff. Primary source-based workshops, discussions of best practices, and survivor testimony will prepare teachers to bring these lessons to their classrooms. Participants will earn CTLE hours. The Introduction to the Museum’s Holocaust Curriculum is open to active classroom teachers of Social Studies and ELA. The Introduction to New York’s Holocaust Curriculum is free, but registration is required. Co-sponsored by the New York City Department of Education Office of Social Studies. The Meilman Virtual Classroom has been made possible by The Myron and Alayne Meilman Family Foundation in memory of Alayne Meilman.
