Opportunity at a Glance: Join our summer trainings and embark on an in-depth study of the Alexander Technique (AT). This program will guide you towards finding a better balance and dynamic body posture that you will learn to apply to all of your activities. Alexander Technique can help you discover how to interact with yourself and your activities in an easier and more efficient manner. Through working with the principles of the Alexander Technique one can build and refine their sensory awareness and develop a process of agency towards their experiences. The AT can help address your overall coordination, functioning, as well as your thinking and learning process. Cost: $650 per week. This opportunity is eligible for CTLE credits.
