Deepen your understanding and embodiment of the Alexander Technique (AT) through these weeklong intensives. Guided by internationally renowned faculty you will get a big-picture understanding of how the AT process can help you grow in every aspect of your life and art form. Special tracks are provided for dancers, actors, musicians, and singers.
Key dates: June 1st – July 31st Monday – Friday. 6 weeks of intensives.
