Opportunity at a Glance: Applications are open for The New York Times Teaching Project for the 2021–2022 school year. The Teaching Project brings together a select group of middle and high school educators to collaborate and develop rich new curriculum projects that use New York Times resources in imaginative ways.
We are looking for teachers interested in bringing the mission of The New York Times — helping people understand the world through on-the-ground, expert & deeply reported independent journalism — to their school communities in thoughtful and creative ways.
The program is open to middle and high school teachers and librarians in the United States.
