Opportunity at a Glance: The shift to online and hybrid models of learning has prompted many educators to wonder how best to design project-based learning opportunities for their students.  It has become especially challenging to engage students in complex and shared texts.  In addition to, motivate students to participate in collaborative work.

This course will guide educators in designing multimodal and text-based projects that bridge in person and digital learning space for students.  This professional development course is an opportunity for educators to discover how to engage students in challenging texts by awakening their imaginations, and emerge with the tools needed to enact innovative, purposeful project-based learning in your classrooms — whether in person  or online.
Key dates:  Asynchronous online course starting February 1st, 2021. Participate on days/times of your choosing.
