Opportunity at a Glance: Join us for a weekend intensive to refresh and deepen your understanding and embodiment of the Alexander Technique (AT). The Balance Arts Center(BAC) faculty will guide you to a nuanced understanding of how the AT process as taught at the BAC can help you enhance every aspect of your life and art form.
Spring Intensive features include 2 Masterclasses with Ann Rodiger, 4 Breakout Sessions, and Private Sessions with participating faculty.
