Opportunity at a Glance: Join us for a lecture by Scott Miller, former Director of Curatorial Affairs at the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum, as he presents “Searching for Survivors: The Fate of the St. Louis Passengers.”  Scott Miller will discuss the story of the St. Louis, a ship carrying 937 refugee passengers – almost all of them Jews fleeing Nazi Germany – that was denied entry into both Cuba and the United States in 1939.  Scott Miller will also chronicle his decade long search to uncover the fate of every passenger on board.
