Open to: 5th – 8th Grade Teachers
Opportunity at a Glance: Join us for a two-day session where we will surface some of our hopes and concerns about fall school re-openings and identify some common themes that we can address as a group. We will also explore the following:
- Research articles;
- Videos; and
- Strategies that can help us to approach learners with empathy and compassion while they transition back into a classroom setting.
Teachers will leave this session with actionable next steps for working with their peers and welcoming learners back in a responsive and supportive way.
This session is free and offers CTLE credits upon completion.
