Opportunity at a Glance: Food, Waste and Climate (FWC) is a free 6-part lesson series exploring the intersection of food and waste with the fight against the climate crisis. The FWC series looks at the resources used to produce our food, the environmental impact of food waste, and ways to reduce food waste. This introduction to the series is recommended for elementary educators. Participants will get access to the entire resource in google classroom including slides and exit slips.
