Opportunity at a Glance: Join colleagues from across the city at The American Writers Museum with special guest Sonal Shukla Assistant Director of Programming and Education.  During this workshop the primary focus will be to engage in a guided exploration of the museum’s online interactive exhibition “Immigrant and Refugee Writers Today” – a riveting resource for students in grades 6-12. 
In addition, participants will explore other curricular materials offered by the museum including “A Nation of Writers and American Voices” and “Frederick Douglass: Agitator”.
