Opportunity at a Glance: “Black History, Continued” is an ongoing series from The New York Times that explores pivotal moments and transformative figures in Black culture and examines how the past shapes the present and the future. During this webinar, educators will do the following:
- Hear from Veronica Chambers the Narrative Projects editor, about how each installment in the “Black History, Continued” series is selected and created; and
- Discuss how this series and related resources can be used in the classroom for teaching and learning.
