Opportunity at a Glance: During this series participants will do the following:

  • Look at ways to develop student-centered learning activities that foster collaboration and encourage students to move from dependent to independent learners; and
  • Focus on creating a classroom culture that supports students carrying the cognitive load, using formative assessment to provide targeted feedback to help students successfully attain learning goals.
