Opportunity at a Glance: How might thinking like an economist help us find answers to complex questions? The Center for Educators and Schools is excited to invite Graham Long from the Federal Reserve Bank of New York to discuss how teaching economic literacy equips students with a variety of transferable skills, including posing multilayered questions, analyzing data, and evaluating solutions to problems.
Teachers in attendance will learn ways to integrate economic principles in a variety of classroom settings and learn more about free educator resources, local academic competitions for students, and professional learning opportunities for educators.
