Opportunity at a Glance: Every year, families, teachers, and staff in grades 3K through 12, and students in grades 6-12 are invited to take the NYC School Survey. The information collected by the survey is designed to support a dialogue among members of the school community.
As a next step, please complete the survey to have your voice heard and to make your school a better place to learn – see below details.
Key dates: Monday February 10 through Friday April 4

Registration deadline: 04/04/2025
Take action: Take the Survey: click on “Take the 2025 NYC School Survey” then enter an anonymous access code, which will be provided by the survey coordinator at your school.
