Opportunity at a Glance: “I have been practicing Modeling for a few years now but want to take my skills to the next level.” “I need advice on adapting what I learned about Modeling to my lessons.” This workshop aims to bring together alumni of an introductory modeling class in biology, chemistry, physics, or other STEM discipline to collaborate in a supportive environment for the important yet difficult next steps of execution and improvement. Open to alumni of introductory summer workshops who want to sharpen skills they have started to experiment with in class, grow and think deeply about those best practices, and collaborate and share resources.
