Opportunity at a Glance:
The relationship between people and plants have shaped food ways for thousands of years. Join us and examine human and plant connections at the intersection of history, food, and culture. In addition, develop strategies for engaging student-driven scientific investigations utilizing plants and food.
Please note that part of this course is scheduled to take place onsite at the New York Botanical Garden using outdoor facilities only. The remaining 36 course hours will be completed online.
Cost: $200
