Opportunity at a Glance: The DOE, in partnership with ReadyGEN, is hosting a professional learning (PL) opportunity for K-5 bilingual teachers, teaching in a blended-learning environment. This 60-minute PL session, which takes place from 3:30–4:30 p.m. on Thursday May 6th, will provide participants with effective ways to fuel their students’ remote learning experiences with vocabulary games and language routines that support their language and literacy development while also enhancing their agency and joy.
