Opportunity at a Glance: There are just a few weeks left for NYC Educators to apply for the Modern Classrooms Project Virtual Summer Institute to build capacity in blended, self-paced, and mastery-based instruction. During this 5-week Virtual Summer Institute, educators will create personalized content to use immediately in their classrooms. The course is self-paced and asynchronous.
In addition, an expert mentor, matched based on similar content/grade level, will provide feedback to participants throughout the course.
This virtual institute is a 25-30 hour commitment and educators receive a $500 stipend and CTLE credits upon completion.
Key dates: Monday June 26 – Sunday July 30
