Opportunity at a Glance: During this course, we will build a reflective, non-evaluative community of practice as we approach critical incidents with curiosity, and support emerging teacher leaders with self-exploration.
By engaging in critical reflection and a professional inquiry process, you will be able to strengthen the connection between your practice and pedagogy, and deepen your understanding of crucial moments in your teaching career. We will utilize the writing process as a vehicle for transforming critical reflection into powerful pieces of writing that can support you in (re)discovering what brought you to teaching.
