Build Critical Thinking + Social and Emotional Learning Skills Through Visual Thinking Strategies

Open to: All Pre K- Grades 12 Classroom Teachers
Opportunity at a Glance: Through Visual Thinking Strategies (VTS) discussions, students of all ages and abilities engage actively in a group problem-solving process that builds key critical thinking, Social and Emotional Learning, and literacy skills.  The Introduction to Visual Thinking Strategies workshop enables PK-12 teachers to experience VTS first-hand and analyze VTS techniques among a group of peers.

Additional Workshop Information

  • All workshops are facilitated by expert trainers and are highly interactive.
  • Following the workshop enrollees will have access to the Self-Paced Professional Development Module and the VTS Image Curriculum.

  • Tuesday November 5 from 9:00a.m. – 11:30a.m. and from 12:30p.m. – 3:00p.m.
  • Monday January 6 from 12:30p.m. – 3:00p.m.
