Opportunity at a Glance: Join Apollo Education and The Apollo Archives for an engaging journey through the history of The Apollo. Discover how the Apollo’s Digital Archives can serve as valuable primary and secondary sources for teaching and learning. Participants will hear inspiring stories of hope, perseverance, and achievement, gaining a deeper appreciation for The Apollo’s cultural significance in shaping American culture and entertainment. In addition to, learning how these archives can be used to explore the humanities and integrate into various lessons within the “Black Studies as the Study of the World: A PK-12 Black Studies Curriculum” for New York City Public Schools.
