Open to: Secondary HLA and ELA Teachers
Opportunity at a Glance: Spanish Language Arts (SLA) and English Language Arts (ELA) grades 6-12 educators will come in teams to engage in dynamic discussions and unit planning centered on Latinx youth literature. Through interactive sessions, teams will design coordinated SLA and ELA units to support culturally and linguistically sustaining instruction for Latinx students.
Key dates: Tuesday September 30 from 8:30a.m.- 2:30p.m. with sessions through May
