Opportunity at a Glance: Discover global connections in your classroom by examining the arts of Oceania with your students. During this workshop, join educators, artists, and curators to understand how the many cultures in the Pacific explored the world around them and created new homes for their community. Through in-gallery and studio-based sessions, learn how The Met’s remarkable collection of Oceanic art can encourage dialogue in your classroom revolving around navigation, exploration, and community.
