Opportunity at a Glance: Calling all Regents Physics teachers. Are you teaching the new labs? STEMteachersNYC wants to help. This winter, we are dedicating a day to each of the three labs. Join us on January 17 to run the Thermal Tales lab front to back. Participants will experience the lab as follows:
- First, in student mode, participants will do the lab from the instructions, and report out on it to the group.
- Following, in teacher mode we will discuss things like implementation, assessment, changes you can make, and follow-up options.
CTLE offered, and POs accepted. If price is a deterrent, please get in touch us.
Watch for the other two labs: Induction Junction on 1/31, and Wheels to Watts on 3/1.
