Opportunity at a Glance: Every year, the NYC School Survey gives teachers, staff, families, and students an opportunity to share their experiences and perspectives about their school. The feedback collected through the survey helps schools reflect, plan, and improve.
As a teacher, your voice matters. Your responses help school leaders better understand what is working well and where additional support may be needed. The survey is designed to support open dialogue within the school community and inform efforts to strengthen teaching and learning environments.

- Click “Take the 2026 NYC School Survey”
- Enter your anonymous access code, provided by your school’s survey coordinator.
