Open to: Middle and High School Educators
Opportunity at a Glance: Join us for “Connections to Today: Teaching 9/11 25 Years Later,” a FREE full-day professional development workshop. The workshop focuses on inquiry-based learning and first-hand narratives exploring how 9/11 continues to shape our world. Spark critical thinking, empathy, and real-world connections while teaching 9/11 to a generation with no lived memory of the attacks.
Participants will go on a guided tour of the Museum and explore online resources, including multimedia lesson plans and a robust archive of first-person stories.
