Chancellor’s Day PD at the 9/11 Memorial & Museum

Opportunity at a Glance: Join us for Foundations of Teaching 9/11: Leveraging Artifacts and Personal Narratives, a FREE full-day professional development workshop. The program focuses on inquiry-based learning and storytelling to explore what happened on 9/11, how different groups of people were impacted, and 9/11’s connections to today.  As part of the workshop, participants will be taken on a guided tour of the Museum and will explore extensive online resources, including multimedia lesson plans and a large archive of first-person stories.

All participants receive free curricular materials at the completion of the program.

We are an approved CTLE provider.
