Opportunity at a Glance: Join us on-site at the 9/11 Memorial & Museum for a free professional development workshop, Stories of 9/11: Connecting Past and Present. Tour the 9/11 Memorial Museum, hear first -person stories from retired EMT and Ground Zero volunteer, Sonia Agron, and 9/11 family member Jim Giaccone, and attend breakout sessions focused on strategies to tackle the challenges of teaching 9/11 and its enduring repercussions during this full-day workshop.
All participants receive free curricular materials at the end of the program.
