Opportunity at a Glance: During this session, participants will learn the benefits of using objects in their classrooms to enhance learning. First, participants will learn about the history of Education Collections at AMNH. Then, they will practice using object observation to inspire discovery.
Participants will dig into the Gilder Center’s Collection Core and the 16,000 specimen Education Teaching Collection to see the value of close looking.
