Opportunity at a Glance: Classroom Connect NYC is a catalyst for pre-service and student teachers currently enrolled at NYC-based universities to identify high-quality, experienced DOE teachers (Cooperating Teachers) who are willing to open their classroom doors to aspiring teachers and supervise their clinical preparation. Experienced DOE teachers interested in helping to develop future colleagues are encouraged to apply. CTLE credit is available for Cooperating Teachers.
Key dates: Ongoing throughout the year.
Location: Online application and training. Work with student teachers occurs in your own classroom.
Registration deadline: November 15.
