Mathematics & Patterns with Manjul Bhargava, A Two-Session Master Class (CTLE credits given)

Open to: All Full-time PreK-12 Classroom Teachers
Opportunity at a Glance: Explore the mathematics underlying the world’s beautiful patterns, from kitchen floor tiles and spirals on pinecones, to the emergence of cicadas into the sunlight every 17 years, during in the first session.  In the second session, exchange ideas with other brilliant teachers.
Participants are assigned homework assignments to prepare for each session.  CTLE-credit is available. This program is free for public school teachers and charter school teachers.  Participants selection is by application and nomination.

Key dates:  Tuesday December 1st, 2020  and Tuesday December 8th, 2020 4:00p.m. – 5:15p.m.
