Opportunity at a Glance: Dr. Stacy Jupiter, Melanesia Regional Director at Wildlife Conservation Society (WCS), has spent a lot of time in the mud.  It is almost a job requirement while looking at the links between watersheds and downstream freshwater and coastal ecosystems, like coral reefs.   In addition,
Dr. Jupiter, is a recipient of the 2019 MacArthur “Genius” Award has “always been interested in how human activities have affected the environment and the consequent impacts to biodiversity and people.”  We cannot think of a better guest to help us celebrate Earth Day.
