The NYC Specialized Teacher Enhancement Pathway (NYC STEP) may be for you! NYC STEP is designed to be a supportive and school-embedded training program for current teachers to leverage their skills and experiences by completing self-guided online coursework and receiving coaching and support from high-quality NYC DOE teacher facilitator.
