Opportunity at a Glance: The Division of Multilingual Learners, in partnership with Coalition for Asian American Children and Families is hosting a free three-part professional learning series on Culturally Responsive Family Engagement for multilingual and immigrant families. The prefessional learning series will focus on the following:
- Wednesday March 29 from: 2:00p.m. – 3:30p.m.: Who is AAPI: An Overview of the Diversity of the AAPI Community
- Wednesday April 19 from 2:00p.m. – 3:30p.m.: What is the Model Minority Myth: Unpacking the Impact of Stereotypes
- Wednesday May from 2:00p.m. – 3:30p.m.: How to Support AAPI Families: What are Community Strengths and Resources
