Opportunity at a Glance: Join us for an interactive two-day Institute to learn about our developmental approach to professional feedback. We will start with adult developmental theory and its practical implications for leadership, coaching, professional development, and effective collaboration. Then, we will explore practical strategies so that others can best hear, take in, learn from, and act upon your feedback.
