Opportunity at a Glance: A variety of scientific events happen each year that inspire and excite students to ask questions and learn more about particular topics. This school year, the two upcoming solar eclipses provide an opportunity to learn alongside students.
Together we will explore how to harness students’ excitement about these and more current scientific events. We will dive into the history of humans’ interest in eclipses, the science behind them, and explore resources from the museum and beyond to take back to the classroom.
This session is free and offers CTLE credits upon completion.
