Harbor Protection and Stewardship with NY Aquarium

Opportunity at a Glance: Join the New York City Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) and the New York Aquarium for a Harbor Protection and Stewardship for this professional learning opportunity on Friday February 23 from 10:00a.m. – 12:00p.m.  Learn about efforts to improve harbor water quality, including storm-water management, green infrastructure, ecological restoration, and stewardship. Participants will also explore a coral reef tunnel where sharks swim around you and view a canyon edge filled with marine life that takes inspiration from the ocean right outside the door.

Enjoy this guided tour of the Aquarium without the crowds!
