Opportunity at a Glance: The Lighthouse Collaborative (LC) is a cross-district instructional improvement initiative designed to expand our ability to “scale, sustain and restore what works” through collaborative inquiry and sharing of promising practices. This Lighthouse visit is a collaboration between Lighthouse Collaborative and New Visions for Public Schools’ Instructional Network for School Improvement (INSI). The goal of this collaboration is to highlight promising practices in the problem-based lesson structure of the Illustrative Mathematics Algebra 1 curriculum.
