Opportunity at a Glance: Deepen your understanding and embodiment of the Alexander Technique (AT) through these weeklong intensives. Guided by internationally renowned faculty, you will get a big-picture understanding of how the AT process can help you grow in every aspect of your life and art form.
This Summer Intensive will include the following:
